New Dog Mayor keeps his campaign promise

- Tryon Dog Mayor Judy Booty is working hard to keep her campaign promises.
Tryon Dog Mayor Judy Booty is already hard at work after being elected as Tryon Dog’s second mayor. Judy is so excited to start her term and says that during her term she hopes to raise money for underprivileged animals in Tryon and area.
The recent Tryon Dog Mayoral Election, sponsored by TDDA and the Town of Tryon, raised funds for local animal shelters. Judy announced that Paws, Prayers and Promises received $1,896 and Foothills Humane Society received $2,844.
