ACCT Philly claims man stole dog ready for adoption from shelter

PHILADELPHIA (CBS) — ACCT Philly says someone broke into their shelter and stole a dog. Withers was one of the smallest dogs in the shelter.

ACCT Philly claims the man took the animal.

The ACCT is asking the man to return Withers because the dog was up for adoption, or at the very least contact the shelter to let them know the dog is fine.
